Govt allows regions to use budget money to buy dual-use goods

MOSCOW, Oct 4 (PRIME) -- The government has allowed the Russian regions to use budget money to buy dual-use goods including drones, the government said in a ruling published late on Monday.

The special economic measure allows the region to buy drones, radio equipment, electronics, night vision goggles, infrared imaging binoculars and sights, as well as other equipment, the ruling read.
